Keep in mind that it should not boil, just become very hot. Now reduce the heat and take out 4 tablespoons of this hot milk-cream mixture and slowly add it to the egg mixture, so that the eggs do not cook suddenly. Keep whisking it continuously. Then slowly pour this mixture back into the saucepan of hot milk and cream and keep stirring continuously.
Cook it on low heat until it becomes thick enough to coat the back of the spoon. Then remove it from the gas cool it and keep it in the fridge for a few hours. Now, if you have frozen blueberries, then first thaw them. Then grind the fresh or thawed blueberries lightly in a blender and add them to the prepared mixture.
Process of freezing ice cream
Now prepare your ice cream machine, pour this mixture into it and run the machine for 20-25 minutes or set it according to the guidelines of your machine. When the ice cream is well made, take it out in a container and freeze it for 2 to 24 hours. When you take it out to serve, it may be very hard. So keep it aside for 10 minutes before so that it is ready for perfect scooping. Garnish it with fresh blueberries and enjoy!
